Located in the grounds of the beautiful Wynyard Estate, construction on the Stoney Wood centre started in March and it is expected to open later this year – providing a range of services and attractions for residents and the wider Wynyard village to enjoy.
The 175 square-metre luxury new community hub will comprise several individual commercial units available to lease by local businesses. Within the plans is a diverse range of on-site amenities including a café, medical practice and a handful of independent artisan shops, with only one unit left to rent.
The centre will also play host to a village hall which will be a new base for classes and community groups. The hub will also have its own car park – with electric car charging points – and a bistro-style terrace for residents and visitors to sit and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
