RESIDENTS are invited to a number of activities across the town up to Monday, 24 May as part of Dementia Action Week.
The events at venues around Hartlepool, are organised by Hartlepool Community Hubs, Healthwatch Hartlepool, The Bridge, The Greatham Foundation, Hartlepool Carers and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
They aim to bring together people living with dementia and their families, carers and friends, building friendship groups, supporting each other – and having some fun and laughing together.
