The Cubs were very interested and enthusiastic, listening and joining in with the session. This is a vital skill and we are sure the Cubs will pass on their learning to family and friends.
The Cubs performed CPR, used our training defibrillators and then practiced their skills using our interactive CPR game. It was very competitive – very well done to everyone for their participation and interest!
When groups know a little bit about the charity, they are often keen to hear more. Community defibrillators can seem a bit of a mystery – people see them around the town but often wonder just how everything works. Bill and I had the pleasure of being invited to speak at the Hartlepool Retired Men’s Forum last week where we had a really interactive session with members who asked lots of questions which we were more than happy to answer. We first presented to this group in 2023, so it was really nice to be able to update them on our progress over the last three years.
