Pupils from Hartlepool’s Catcote Academy staged their annual Trashion show – with this year’s theme being Galactic and Cosmic Futures.
Hartlepool Life photographer Michael Gant captured these colourful images of the students on the catwalk in their fashion outfits which they had created, with the help of staff, over the last weeks.
An Academy spokesperson said: “This eighth Trashion show was a great success and a vibrant showcase of student ingenuity, fashion, and community partnership. The students created innovative and imaginative outfits inspired by planets, constellations, and the vast universe.”
They added: “Their recent visit to the Planetarium, at Wynyard Woodland, provided a fascinating look at planets and constellations, fuelling their ideas for their designs. The students’ dedication and creativity truly shone through.”
