The University Hospital of Hartlepool’s annual Health and Wellbeing Festival invited organisations to come together once again to support NHS staff with health, wellbeing and cost of living challenges.
Among those invited to the festival were Andy’s Man Club, Hartlepool Carers, Hartlepool Carers, Hartlepool Community Trust, Hartlepool Library of Little Things and Hartlepool Utilita Hub.
Steven Yull, University Hospitals Tees’ People Experience Lead, said: “It’s been great to see the variety of people attending and the wide range of internal services and external companies attending, with a wide range of ways they can help. The event has been a great opportunity to find out about the support on offer for myself and my colleagues. It’s also really great to see the festival getting bigger and being held across our other hospital sites.”
Formerly known as the Festival of Finance, the event has been running since 2022 and, this year, included a range of advice and offers from foodbanks and eco shops, holistic therapies, financial support, will writing, citizens’ advice, physiotherapy and exclusive gym and cinema discount offers.
