Summerblast gathered huge crowds to see a host of the town’s top bands over a weekend last month in support of muso Daniel D’Arcy.
Now, the all-day Causey Fest will be taking place on Saturday, 15 August in the surroundings of the Stranton pubs beer garden.
On the bill are Hartlepool’s favourite gnarly new wave rockers Lurcher.
Northern Hospitality will also be shaking the pub’s foundation with their grungy pop tunes.
Beatnik have been described as an exciting Hartlepool band and recently rocked the Drop In at Tryin HQ skate park.
Self-styled Sludge Metal band The Larches, from Teesside, will be appearing ahead of releasing their new EP Nihilistic Majesties while Hartlepool band Harlan Frank and The Houseplants will be taking to the stage fresh from their appearance at the prestigious Kendall Calling Festival.
