THE FORMER frontman of one of Britain’s biggest rock bands will be bringing his solo show to Teesside later this year.
Tom Meighan – the original lead singer of Kasabian – will be performing at Billingham Forum on Friday, September 18. Once voted one of the “Top 10 Frontmen in the World” by Q Magazine, Meighan will be performing a “live” acoustic set followed by an in-depth interview with fan Q&A.
A spokesperson said: “Fans can expect powerful, stripped-back performances of such iconic anthems as ‘Fire’, ‘Underdog’, ‘Empire’, ‘Shoot the Runner’and ‘Club Foot’ – tracks which defined a generation and lit up festival stages and charts across the UK. The set will also include songs from Tom’s critically acclaimed solo albums, showcasing the next chapter in his musical journey.”
