Yes, you heard that right. In my defence, I’m a romance reader, and we define the ice hockey arena as a ‘boy aquarium’. The new “Off-Campu”s series came onto Prime this week, based on the Elle Kennedy book series, and I shamelessly admit that I’m already onto my second rewatch. I don’t know the first thing about ice hockey, apart from knowing they have to get the puck in the net and they can full fist fight on the ice (as long as the gloves come off). Apart from that, I will happily look lost if it gets me the attention of a broody, protective, golden-retriever-type man who knows his way around the rink!
In the meantime, I’ll be at home researching local and international teams, following athletes and hoping one skids into my DM’s. If a local team wants to reach out and teach me the ropes, count me in!
