POLICE have appealed for information after a man appeared to be clinging to the bonnet of a moving car on the A174 roundabout, leading to the A19.
The incident happened shortly before 12pm on Monday, 11 September when a dark blue Jaguar XF drove at a man who was standing in front of the car.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: “The Jaguar then continued to drive at around 60mph along the A19 slip road with the man on the bonnet of the car before he fell off.
“Fortunately, the man did not sustain any serious injuries. We’re appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, in particular those with dash cam footage, to get in touch with us by calling 101, quoting reference SE26089144.”
