The industrial rockers LP “Motion Waves” is being released via the Butterfly Effect record label, and on vinyl too.
The band will play a special launch party show Sunday 5th July from 3pm to 8pm at Pealie’s Barn, Cockleberry Farm, East Cowton, near Darlington, DL7 0JA.
Machiner’s very special guests for the event are the great bands The Last of the Fallen Angels and Iamimperfect.
There will be a vinyl DJ until late after the bands, a locally sourced bar and wood fired pizzas on offer.
On the day, The Pop Up Record Shop will have 1000’s of records for sale, including vinyl copies of Machiner’s “Motion Waves”.
Camping is also available at just £5 for the night.
Tickets are now available at www.pealiesbarn.co.uk/…/the-pop-up-record-shop.
Machiner performed their first gig of 2006 at Vixen Bar in Hartlepool in March and followed that up with a show at The Gothic Weekend at the Whitby Brewery in April.
The lads also played the prestigious The Cluny in Newcastle last month and will play the Black Bull in Gateshead with Ghost Dance on 11 July.
The band will promote the “Motion Waves” album with dates at the Blackholesun Festival in Morecambe on 25 July, The Independent in Sunderland on 7 August and the Flowers in The Boneyard event at the Fulford Arms in York on 15 August – and watch this space for more shows to be added this year.
