It’s about time there was a niche book shop like this; it had all kinds of genres, including thriller, fantasy, Sci-Fi, romance, horror and even sections for children’s books, second-hand reads and Blind Date With A Book.
I did treat myself to three books – including a Blind Date With A Book, which was of a horror rom-com situation, so I’m excited to give that one a go.
The owner is the loveliest lady, and she has an in-shop cafe which sells cakes, coffees and all kinds of beverages.
They also host a fortnightly book club, which is free to join. I could have spent all day in there browsing, as it was super comfortable, with places to sit and read, enjoy a catch-up with friends with a delicious coffee and delve into all of the knick-knacks which are for sale in there! She is truly living my dream of opening that shop up; if she needs a volunteer, I’ll be on hand!
